Big salad with potatoes, beets, provolone cheese & olives
Another Snapchat vlog, I made yesterday while working at the office. This time I prepare a big salad for a very late lunch.
It’s quite easy to make and very satisfying!

Ingredients for 2 eaters:
2 medium-sized potatoes, cooked with the skin
2 hands of mesclun salad (mixed leaves)
150 gr. provolone or other type of cheese, diced
2 medium-sized cooked red beets, diced
10-12 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 small red onions, thinly sliced
1 handful of marinated olives
e.v. olive oil
1 teasp. dried oregano
salt and black pepper
