Would you like to spend some fun quality time with your colleagues and employees without having to physically get together at a specific location for an on-site cooking class?
Now you can book a fun interactive live cooking experience with Nicoletta, owner of La Cucina del Sole, as an instructor! Each participant will receive the recipes of the dishes we prepare together (either printed or as a pdf file) with the ingredients’ and needed accessories’ list OR the lists plus a box with the complete set of ingredients needed to cook a wonderful Italian meal for 2 or 4 participants. We take care of sending the boxes to everybody by courier.
We also offer a selection of wonderful extra Italian ingredients worth an additional 50,00 / 75,00 or 100,00 euro shoud you want to gift your collaborators a lovely Italian present (cookies, cold cuts, cheese, beer etc.)

A whole set of Italian wines is possible too. Nicoletta is not only a cooking instructor with 20 years of experience but also a sommelier who loves to create the perfect food & wine pairings.

The menus are easy to make, tasty and creative. Even the less experienced cooks will be able to perfectly replicate all the dishes thanks to the step-by-step recipes, the great Italian products in the box or the easy-to-find ingredients list and the clear online live video instructions. Participants will also be able to ask questions during the class and get their answers live.

You can choose one of several Italian menus, each composed of a rich main dish, a tasty side dish and a yummy dessert or an Italian aperitivo menu with tasty finger food and delicious treats. All menus come with a vegetarian option. Should you prefer an all-vegan menu, that’s also possible! You can also choose to make just one dish. The Italian cuisine offers a miriad of perfect recipes that will make everybody happy.

SOME OF THE POSSIBLE MENUS:

ITALIAN APERITIVO:

Prepare an amazing aperitivo with the following antipasti & finger food (also possible in vegetarian/vegan version):

  • bruschette with garlic, tomato & oregano
  • tomatoes stuffed with Italian herbed tuna mayonnaise & capers
  • crostini with ricotta, lemon, basil & Parmesan cheese cream
  • ham/vegetarian ham rolls stuffed with hazelnut & herbs cream cheese (also possibile with chicken/turkey rollade instead of ham)
  • lettuce “wraps” with home-made Italian egg salad & pickles

This menu offers enough food to have a rich aperitivo/a complete meal “Italian tapas” style. We can of course include as extra options: a selection of great Italian beers and wines in your ingredients box (also available as cooking class only without ingredients) and/or a choice of Italian cookies to end the Aperitivo with a sweet note.

TWO COURSES:

MEAT/VEGETARIAN:
Risotto with porcini mushrooms & pumpkin with chicken in white wine sauce (also in vegetarian version)
Creamy tiramisù with dates and fresh fruit

FISH/SHELLFISH:
Paccheri pasta with garlicky shrimp in white wine (also in vegetarian version)
Milanese mascarpone cream with amaretti cookies and fresh berries

VEGAN:
Vegan frittata with sautéed veggies and rucola pesto
Chocolate “salami” with dates and almonds

Sicilian salad with fennel, orange and olives

Tuscan panzanella salad with tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, basil and garlic
Milanese mascarpone cream with amaretti cookies and fresh berries

VEGAN:
Vegan frittata with sautéed veggies and rucola pesto
Carrot and celery salad with raisins and almonds
Chocolate “salami” with dates and almonds

We can of course develop more menus based on your specific preferecens and on the use of your favourite products (for example team building for food-related companies).
