Would you like to spend some fun quality time with your colleagues and employees without having to physically get together at a specific location for an on-site cooking class?
Now you can book a fun interactive live cooking experience with Nicoletta, owner of La Cucina del Sole, as an instructor! Each participant will receive the recipes of the dishes we prepare together (either printed or as a pdf file) plus a box with the complete set of ingredients needed to cook a wonderful Italian meal for 2. We take care of sending the boxes to everybody.
Should you want to add a bottle of bubbles or of red/white Italian wine perfectly matched with the dishes you prepare, just choose it as an option! Nicoletta is not only a cooking instructor with 20 years of experience but also a sommelier who loves to create the perfect food & wine pairings.

The menus are easy to make, tasty and creative. Even the less experienced cooks will be able to perfectly replicate all the dishes thanks to the step-by-step recipes, the great Italian products in the box and the clear online live video instructions. Participants will also be able to ask questions during the class.
You can choose one of several Italian menus, each composed of a rich main dish, a tasty side dish and a yummy dessert. All menus come with a vegetarian option. Should you prefer an all-vegan menu, that’s also possible! You can also choose to make just one dish. The Italian cuisine offers a miriad of perfect recipes that will make everybody happy.
Risotto with porcini mushrooms & pumpkin with chicken in white wine sauce (also in vegetarian version);
Sicilian salad with fennel, orange and olives;
Creamy sabayon with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
Paccheri pasta with garlicky shrimp in white wine (also in vegetarian version);
Tuscan panzanella salad with tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, basil and garlic;
Milanese mascarpone cream with amaretti cookies and fresh berries.
Pastry tartlets stuffed with sautéed veggies and rucola pesto;
Carrot and celery salad with raisins and almonds;
Chocolate “salami” with dates and almonds
