Lunch cookery workshops in Amsterdam
At La Cucina del Sole you can organize lunch cooking classes with your own group that are perfect for corporate events, bachelor parties or family reunions.
You can choose a date according to your schedule and that of the other participants.
These cooking classes are an excellent way to work at the team building of your work group. Everyone learns to know each other better by working on the preparation of a great Italian meal. And of course you eat together all that you have prepared while enjoying some fine Italian wines!
A lunch cooking workshop lasts approximately 3,5 hours (4 hrs max).

The price is € 80,00 p.p. for: Prosecco with nibbles at arrival, snacks during cooking, all ingredients + cooking and dining, all Italian wines, unlimited Italian beer and 0% beer plus other non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and tea with limoncello or other liqueur, recipes for cooking the chosen menu at home, use of aprons and cleaning after cooking.
The minimum number of participants for a lunch cooking workshop is 8 (with less than 8 participants the total price will be € 640,00).
These lunch cooking classes start around 10.30/11.00 pm and end around 14.30/15.00 hrs.
La Cucina del Sole provides aprons and kitchen linen and takes care of washing up and cleaning. After the cooking class you receive the recipes by email.
During this workshop we put pasta under the spotlight. Everything you always wanted to know about pasta with the tips and tricks of our expert chefs.
We make two different types of pasta: ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach in a classic butter and sage sauce and corzetti with a wonderful handmade pesto alla Genovese. Everyone will practice making the perfect pasta dough and working with a pasta machine.
The meal also includes all the wines, a mixed salad as a side dish and a delicious fruit salad with mint, spices and whipped cream as a dessert. Coffee/tea are of course included.

APPETIZER: crostini con paté di olive verdi e pomodorini al forno – crunchy crostini bread with home-made green olive tapenade and roasted cherry tomatoes
MAIN COURSE: gnocchi al pomodoro e basilico – home-made gnocchi with a rich tomato-basil sauce
SIDE DISH: lasagnette di verdure al forno – oven-baked “lasagne” made with thinly sliced veggies and lots of Parmesan cheese
DESSERT: bicchierini con crema di ricotta – a sweet ricotta & chocolate cream with marinated strawberries and strawberry sauce.

APPETIZER: crostini con verdure grigliate marinate e frittatine alle erbe – crostini with marinated grilled vegetables and mini-frittatas with mixed herbs
MAIN COURSE: maltagliati fatti a mano con pesto alla genovese – hand-made maltagliati pasta with pesto alla genovese
SIDE DISH: parmigianina di zucchine – mini courgette parmigiana (lasagne-style dish) with tomato, mozzarella and basil
DESSERT: panna cotta con frutti di bosco – creamy panna cotta with a berries’ coulis and fresh berries.
