Our chef Jasmine helps you create three amazing types of cookies:

• baci di dama (lady’s kisses with chocolate and hazelnut, famous cookies from Piemonte)
• gocciole (chocolate chip cookies)
• Ligurian flower-shaped canestrelli, with a lovely dusting of powdered sugar.
