Cappellacci con burrata e pomodori secchi (big tortelli with burrata cheese, basil and sun-dried tomatoes);
Fagottini con pecorino e piselli (little pillows stuffed with pecorino and peas);
Caramelle con ricotta, nocciole e arancia (caramelle with ricotta, orange and hazelnut)
