Pasta & Gnocchi Cooking Workshop, 9 November 2019
Home made pasta, potato gnocchi and pasta sauces are the main theme of this cookery workshop. Everybody makes dough and four types of pasta (ravioli, tagliatelle & corzetti) plus potato gnocchi, plus four different classic sauces, with tips and tricks from our Italian cooks.
Time: 10.30-14.30 h.
