Home made pasta, potato gnocchi and pasta sauces are the main theme of this cookery workshop. Everybody makes dough and four types of past: ravioli, tagliatelle, corzetti and potato gnocchi, plus four different classic sauces, with tips and tricks from our Italian cooks.
