Je hebt weliswaar enig geduld (maximaal zo\u2019n twintig minuten) en goede ingredi\u00ebnten nodig, dat wel. En met de kennis die je tijdens deze workshop gaat opdoen ben je straks in staat zijn om allerlei geweldige, romige risotto\u2019s te maken.<\/p>\n<p>We bereiden 4 gerechten: een <em>risotto con mele e speck<\/em> (<strong>heerlijke risotto met appel en speck<\/strong>) evt. ook in vegetarische versie, de <em>risotto ai frutti di mare<\/em> (risotto met <strong>vongole<\/strong> \u2013 venusschelpjes \u2013 en garnalen, met citroen en tomaat voor de vegetari\u00ebrs), een <strong>risotto met zwarte rijst<\/strong>, tomaat en basilicumcoulis en de vrolijke <em>risotto con verdure di stagione<\/em> in het voorjaar (met <strong>seizoensgroente en kaas<\/strong>) of de zalige <em>risotto con zucca e funghi porcini<\/em> (met <strong>pompoen en eekhoorntjesbrood<\/strong>) in de koudere wintermaanden.
