We maken o.a. aubergines uit de oven met kaas en tomaat, Romeinse gevulde tomaten, reepjes kruidenfrittata in tomatensaus, gevulde paprika\u2019s met pesto en kaas, gefrituurde <em>panzerotti<\/em> met tomaat en mozzarella uit Puglia en meer! Plus natuurlijk een mooi dessert.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les 2, Mooie, pure gerechten: <\/strong>waaronder een 4-kazenterrine met noten en peer geserveerd met zelfgemaakt 3-granenbrood, een romige paddenstoelenpat\u00e9, kikkererwten-groenteburgers met zelfgemaakte pittige tomatensalsa, aubergine \u201cschnitzels\u201d, een frisse salade met champignons en aardbeien en de beroemde \u201crozentaart\u201d met sabayon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les 3, Door de Italiaanse streken heen: <\/strong>met o.a. een mooie focaccia met tomaat en olijven uit Bari (Puglia), Siciliaanse <em>arancini di riso<\/em> met zongedrooge tomaten, minestronesoep <em>alla genovese<\/em>, vegetarische Bolognesesaus, groentetartaar met boekweit en basilicumsaus, ricottaballetjes uit Calabria en de <em>salame di cioccolato<\/em>, een heerlijke \u201cworst\u201d van cacao, amandelen, dadels en boter.
