And it&#8217;s enriched with <strong>fresh strawberries<\/strong> and <strong>Medjoul dates<\/strong>, the plump, moist fruits from the desert that make adding too much sugar unnecessary.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>limoncello<\/strong> is the finishing touch that makes this dessert a real winner. Lemon and strawberries are a classic combination and all ingredients blend in a divine pudding that will win everybody over. Try it and you won&#8217;t regret it.<br \/>\nShould you want to avoid alcohol, use a little lemon juice sweetened with sugar instead of limoncello.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7269 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_1127-824x1030.jpg\" alt=\"tiramis\u00f9 with strawberries and limoncello 2\" width=\"824\" height=\"1030\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_1127-824x1030.jpg 824w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_1127-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_1127-1200x1500.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_1127-564x705.jpg 564w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_1127-450x563.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_1127.jpg 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 824px) 100vw, 824px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiramis\u00f9 con fragole e limoncello<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serves 10-12<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>750 gr. mascarpone cheese<br \/>\n6 (pasteurized) egg whites<br \/>\n6 (pasteurized) egg yolks<br \/>\n100 gr. sugar<br \/>\n2 sachets of vanilla sugar<br \/>\n1 dl. fruit juice<br \/>\n1,5 dl. limoncello (or other liqueur)<br \/>\n3-4 lady fingers per person<br \/>\n400 gr. strawberries<br \/>\n2-3 Medjoul dates per person<br \/>\na handful of almonds and fresh mint to garnish<\/p>\n<p>Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk until they become nice and firm (soft peaks).<\/p>\n<p>Beat the egg yolks with the regular sugar and the vanilla sugar. Fold the mascarpone gently into the mixture and mix until everything becomes smooth and homogeneous.<\/p>\n<p>Fold the whipped egg whites in the mascarpone cream and mix carefully to prevent the air from escaping so that the mixture remains nice and light.<\/p>\n<p>Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the pits from the dates and chop them.<\/p>\n<p>Immerse 1-2 lady fingers per person in the fruit juice mixed with the liqueur. Do this for just a few seconds to prevent them from getting too soggy.
