Het drankje is licht zoet vanwege het gebruik van Martini Bianco-vermouth (ik gebruik het liefst geen\u00a0frisdranken om mijn cocktails zoeter te maken, tenzij ze <a href=\"http:\/\/cucinadelsole.typepad.com\/the_sunny_kitchen\/2010\/06\/citrus-love-my-summer-2010-cocktail.html\" target=\"_blank\">Chinotto<\/a> zijn, waar ik veel van houd) en ook zeer\u00a0verfrissend.<\/p>\n<p>Salute!<\/p>\n<p><b>Sangriella<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mix 2 dl sterke rode wijn (ik heb\u00a0een biologische Siciliaanse Nero d&#8217;Avola gebruikt), 2,5 dl prosecco, 2,5 dl koolzuurhoudend mineraalwater, 1,5 dl Martini bianco of rosso (zoete Martini, dus) en 1 dl Campari. In 2000 I started teaching Italian cooking at the Volksuniversiteit, as a hobby. In 2002 the hobby became my job and I opened my Italian cooking school in Amsterdam, La Cucina del Sole. In the meantime I've become a certified sommelier and I have written 3 cookbooks. One of them (\"Cucina di casa mia\") won \"3rd Best Italian Cookbook in the World\" in Paris during the Gourmand Cookbook Awards in 2012. Cooking and writing about food are two of my big passions.
