In samenwerking met het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.desmaakvanitalie.nl\/workshops\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>blad De smaak van Itali\u00eb<\/strong><\/a> gaan we de komende tijd verschillende masterclasses organiseren waar iedere keer een andere regio centraal staat. We trappen in september af met Sardini\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Onder leiding van Nicoletta Tavella (eigenaresse van kookstudio La Cucina del Sole) maak je een typisch Sardijns menu bestaande uit een primo, een bijgerecht en een dessert. Je gaat <strong>ravioli met aardappel, kaas en munt<\/strong> in tomatensaus maken, <strong>aubergines uit de oven met knoflook en zongedroogde tomaten<\/strong> en als dessert <strong>seadas<\/strong>, een soort grote, ronde ravioli gevuld met milde, verse kaas, gefrituurd en besprenkeld met honing. De gerechten worden begeleid met verschillende wijnen, waarover je uitleg krijgt van onze wijnexperts. Daarnaast zal <strong>Sardini\u00eb-expert Wilbert Geers van <a href=\"http:\/\/sardinie-info.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sardini\u00eb Info<\/a><\/strong> je op de hoogte brengen van interessante en praktische reisinformatie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Waar?<br \/>\n<\/strong>De masterclass vindt plaats in de Kookstudio Amsterdam Flavours op het Westergasterrein in Amsterdam. De locatie is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen en voorzien van een Arclineakeuken, uitgerust met de nieuwste Smeg-apparatuur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wanneer?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Op zaterdag 23 september vindt de masterclass plaats. In de ochtend van 10.00u tot 13.00u en is natuurlijk inclusief lunch en alle wijnen\/drankjes. In 2002 liep de hobby flink uit de hand en startte ik mijn Italiaanse kookschool in Amsterdam, La Cucina del Sole. Intussen ben ik sommelier geworden en heb ik 3 kookboeken geschreven. Een daarvan (\"Cucina di casa mia\") is \"3rd Best Italian Cookbook in the World\" geworden in Parijs, tijdens de Gourmand Cookbook Awards in 2012. Koken en schrijven over eten zijn twee van mijn grote passies. Verder hou ik van lezen, reizen, tangodansen, quality time met vrienden en familie en Tarotkaarten leggen. Ciao! In the meantime I've become a certified sommelier and I have written 3 cookbooks.
