Het is de mooiste maand van het jaar: heerlijke temperaturen, een beetje regen en dat nostalgische gevoel van \u2018de zomer is voorbij\u2019. Ik ben dol op september, en dat komt ook door vijgen!<\/p>\n<p>Een van mijn favoriete vruchten, zo lekker en zeldzaam omdat je ze alleen in het seizoen kunt eten. Daarom eet ik ze zo vaak mogelijk als ik ze tegenkom. En deze <strong>zoete en hartige taart<\/strong> is een heerlijke manier om ze te gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>Ik gebruik er geen suiker voor, maar <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vincotto\"><strong>vincotto<\/strong><\/a>, een ingedikte siroop gemaakt van druivenmost of vijgen, gekookt tot hij dik en aangenaam zoet is. Als je dat niet kunt vinden, kun je ook honing gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TORTA SALATA CON FILLO, FORMAGGIO DI CAPRA E FICHI\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5-6 vellen filodeeg<br \/>\nextra vierge olijfolie<br \/>\n250 g zachte geitenkaas<br \/>\n5 tot 7 rijpe vijgen<br \/>\nverse tijm<br \/>\neen handvol pecannoten en pistachenoten<br \/>\nvijgenvincotto of vloeibare honing<\/p>\n<p><strong>OOK NODIG<\/strong>: een ronde ovenschaal van ongeveer 33 cm, keukenkwast<\/p>\n<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 175 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Bestrijk de ovenschaal met olijfolie.<\/p>\n<p>Leg er een vel filodeeg op en bestrijk het met olie.<br \/>\nLeg de rest van de vellen filodeeg een voor een op het eerste vel en bestrijk ze allemaal met olie.<\/p>\n<p>Verkruimel de geitenkaas over het deeg en voeg wat tijmblaadjes toe.<\/p>\n<p>Bedek met de vijgen, elk in 6 halve maantjes gesneden.<\/p>\n<p>Vouw het deeg om de rand en breng de vulling op smaak met zout en peper.<br \/>\nBesprenkel met vincotto of honing en strooi de noten over de vijgen.<br \/>\nBestrijk de rand van het deeg met extra olijfolie en bak ongeveer 18-20 minuten of tot het deeg knapperig is.<\/p>\n<p>Garneer met verse tijm en serveer!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-27580 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/TORTA-FICHI-E-CAPRA-2-772x1030.jpg\" alt=\"PHILLO PIE WITH GOAT CHEESE AND FIGS\" width=\"772\" height=\"1030\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/TORTA-FICHI-E-CAPRA-2-772x1030.jpg 772w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/TORTA-FICHI-E-CAPRA-2-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/TORTA-FICHI-E-CAPRA-2-529x705.jpg 529w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/TORTA-FICHI-E-CAPRA-2-450x600.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.cucinadelsole.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/TORTA-FICHI-E-CAPRA-2.jpg 998w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 772px) 100vw, 772px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":71,"featured_media":27581,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[19,729,991,532,668,536,535],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.7.2 -
