Geen hoeveelheden, gebruik gewoon wat je hebt.<\/p>\n<p>Gemaakt met verse snijbonen, rijpe tomaten, de paar kleine aardappeltjes die ik in mijn minituintje heb geoogst en pittige sjalotjes gemarineerd in citroensap om ze minder spicy te maken.<\/p>\n<p>De dressing is een mix van &#8211; veel &#8211; peterselie, wat basilicum, knoflook, citroensap en goede olijfolie door elkaar. Plus zout en peper, natuurlijk, en veel geraspte <em>ricotta salata<\/em>, gezouten ricotta.<\/p>\n<p>Een paar zonnebloempitten voor de extra textuur en een paar oreganoblaadjes en ziezo, je maag zit aangenaam vol.<\/p>\n<p>Eet smakelijk!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Een snelle salade voor tomatenliefhebbers.
