Het resultaat was super lekker.<\/p>\n<p>Het roosteren van de hazelnoten gaf de melk een fantastische extra smaak. Je kunt natuurlijk rauwe noten gebruiken, die zijn gezonder, maar het is de moeite waard om deze versie met geroosterde noten te proberen. Het zal echter nauwelijks schuim maken voor je cappuccino, dat wel.<\/p>\n<p>Je hebt een krachtige blender nodig en een kaasdoek om de melk van de pulp te scheiden. Een zeef werkt niet, want dan krijg je veel kleine stukjes noot in je koffie (been there, done that \ud83d\ude29)<\/p>\n<p>Het kan gezoet worden met een Medjoul dadel, maar ik geef de voorkeur aan een ongezoete versie bereid met alleen water, hazelnoten en een snufje zout. Zout is echt belangrijk in beide versies omdat het alle smaken naar voren brengt.<\/p>\n<p>Met de overgebleven pulp kun je cakes, koekjes en andere zoete lekkernijen maken, zoals bliss balls.<\/p>\n<p>Het recept volgt na de volgende foto. Koken en schrijven over eten zijn twee van mijn grote passies. Verder hou ik van lezen, reizen, tangodansen, quality time met vrienden en familie en Tarotkaarten leggen. Ciao! In 2000 I started teaching Italian cooking at the Volksuniversiteit, as a hobby. In 2002 the hobby became my job and I opened my Italian cooking school in Amsterdam, La Cucina del Sole. In the meantime I've become a certified sommelier and I have written 3 cookbooks. One of them (\"Cucina di casa mia\") won \"3rd Best Italian Cookbook in the World\" in Paris during the Gourmand Cookbook Awards in 2012. Cooking and writing about food are two of my big passions.
