Zo zijn ze niet alleen glutenvrij, maar ook helemaal plantaardig.<\/p>\n<p>Ik zeg gezond omdat ze gezoet zijn met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.organicfacts.net\/medjool-dates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Medjoul dadels<\/strong><\/span><\/a> en een klein beetje bruine suiker.<br \/>\nZe zijn perfect als zoete traktatie en passen ook heel goed bij thee en koffie (hier worden ze geserveerd naast een klassieke zwarte thee met citroen, zoals we die in Itali\u00eb graag drinken).<\/p>\n<p>Ze zijn supermakkelijk en snel te maken en hoeven niet te rijzen. Medjoul dadels<br \/>\n3 volle eetlepels bruine suiker<br \/>\n2 eetlepels gemalen lijnzaad<br \/>\n2 eetlepels water<br \/>\npoedersuiker voor de garnering<\/p>\n<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden C.<\/p>\n<p>Week het gemalen lijnzaad een paar minuten in 2 eetlepels water zodat ze hun gel kunnen loslaten.<\/p>\n<p>Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten goed en laat 5 minuten rusten.<\/p>\n<p>Maak balletjes van dit mengsel en druk ze een beetje plat.
