Het lijkt een beetje op een Spaanse gazpacho, maar de smaak is rijker en intenser dankzij de geroosterde paprika&#8217;s die hem hun kenmerkende smaak geven.<\/p>\n<p>Als je wilt profiteren van alle heerlijke geneeskrachtige eigenschappen van tomaten, rauwe knoflook en basilicum, maak het dan niet te lang van tevoren maar eet het snel na het bereiden en het (licht) koelen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Basilicum<\/strong> is een natuurlijk antibioticum, plus het is een goede bron van magnesium, een mineraal dat perfect is om de spieren te ontspannen, bijvoorbeeld na het zwemmen of het sporten. Tomaten zitten bomvol vitamine C, terwijl rauwe knoflook antiviraal en antibacterieel is.<\/p>\n<p>Maak er lekker veel van om jezelf goed te hydrateren en te voeden als je niet zo hongerig bent vanwege de hoge zomertemperaturen. Je lichaam zal je bedanken.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voor 3-4 personen<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>600 gr. goede smaaktomaatjes<br \/>\n3 rode paprika&#8217;s<br \/>\n3 rijpe middelgrote tomaten<br \/>\n6 gepelde teentjes knoflook<br \/>\n6-8 takjes verse basilicum<br \/>\n6 eetlepels extra vergine olijfolie (plus wat extra om te besprenkelen)<br \/>\n2,5 dl. koud water<br \/>\nzeezout<br \/>\nvers gemalen zwarte peper<\/p>\n<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 240\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Halveer de paprika&#8217;s en verwijder hun steeltjes en zaadjes.<\/p>\n<p>Leg de halve paprika&#8217;s op een bakplaat met het vel naar boven.<\/p>\n<p>Rooster ze lang genoeg tot de schillen mooi zwartgeblakerd zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Laat de halve paprika&#8217;s afkoelen in een kom bedekt met plastic folie: de stoom die zich ontwikkelt zal het pellen vergemakkelijken. Na ongeveer 10 minuten pel ze (de schillen worden niet gebruikt).<\/p>\n<p>Doe de smaaktomaatjes in de blender of in een grote maatbeker.<\/p>\n<p>Voeg de basilicum toe (alleen blaadjes, geen steeltjes) samen met wat zout en peper, 6 eetlepels e.v. olijfolie, de geroosterde paprika, het water en de teentjes knoflook.<\/p>\n<p>Pureer met de blender of met een staafmixer en maak het zo glad of grof als je wilt.<\/p>\n<p>Halveer de grotere tomaten, verwijder de harde stukjes en de zaadjes en snijd ze in blokjes.<br \/>\nVoeg de gesneden tomaten aan de soep toe, en eventueel nog wat peper en zout.<\/p>\n<p>Garneer met basilicumblaadjes en serveer gekoeld, besprenkeld met een dun straaltje olijfolie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":71,"featured_media":17369,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[768,762,764,534,408,532,670,668,1193,1234,409,397,537,399],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.7.2 -
