We bereiden<strong> twee soorten crostini<\/strong> (groene met een smaakvolle kruidenpesto en rode met een pittige tomaat- en bonencr\u00e8me) en dan<em> crespelle alla fiorentina<\/em> (dunne handgemaakte <strong>cannelloni gevuld met ricotta en spinazie<\/strong> in tomatensaus). De volgende gerechten <strong><em>zijn <\/em><\/strong><em><strong>panzanella<\/strong><\/em>, een rijke salade met veel knapperige groenten, en de beroemde &#8220;<em>cinque e cinque<\/em>&#8221; uit Livorno <b>(dunne\u00a0pannenkoekjes met pittige gemarineerde aubergines)<\/b>. En dan de desserts: twee van de meest bekende zoete traktaties uit de streek, de <strong>cantuccini<\/strong> (krokante koekjes uit Prato) en de<strong> ricciarelli<\/strong> (zachte en zoete amandelkoekjes uit Siena). Plus de heerlijke\u00a0<em><strong>zuccotto<\/strong><\/em>, een <em>semifreddo<\/em> taart met room, cacao en hazelnoten.
