met een <strong>klein team van leraren en assistenten<\/strong> die veel aandacht kunnen verzekeren aan iedereen die ons pand komt bezoeken, of het nu gaat om een kooksessie in teamverband of voor title=\"Nicoletta was born in Italy and after moving to the Netherlands when she was 22 she worked for a long time as an interpreter \/ translator. \"><strong>Nicoletta<\/strong> is geboren in Itali\u00eb en na haar verhuizing naar Nederland op haar 22ste heeft ze lang als tolk\/vertaler gewerkt.<br \/>\n<\/span><span title=\"In 2000 she began to give cooking classes at the Volksuniversiteit in Amstelveen.\">In 2000 begon ze kookles te geven aan de Volksuniversiteit in Amstelveen. <\/span><span title=\"It was a nice hobby but she wanted more.\">Het was een leuke hobby maar het smaakte naar meer. <\/span><span title=\"La Cucina del Sole was the direct consequence of this activity: one of her passions - cooking - became a real profession.\">La Cucina del Sole stichten in 2002 was het directe gevolg van deze activiteit: een van haar passies &#8211; koken &#8211; werd in 2002 een echte beroep met de stichting van La Cucina del Sole. <\/span><span title=\"And she never regretted the career switch from translator to cooking teacher!\">En ze heeft nooit spijt gehad van de carri\u00e8reswitch.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jasmine<\/strong> is een pur sang kookdocent met veel ervaring in verschillende restaurants (ze kookte bij het beroemde Toscanini in Amsterdam). Ze is gespecialiseerd in kinderlessen en is ook voor volwassenen een fantastische allround docente.
