Je hebt weliswaar enig geduld (maximaal zo\u2019n twintig minuten) en goede ingredi\u00ebnten nodig, dat wel. En met de kennis die je tijdens deze workshop gaat opdoen ben je straks in staat zijn om allerlei geweldige, romige risotto\u2019s te maken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #403c40;\">We bereiden 5 gerechten: een risotto con mele e pancetta (<\/span><strong style=\"color: #403c40;\">heerlijke risotto met appel en pancetta, <\/strong><span style=\"color: #403c40;\">evt. met <strong>vegetarische spek<\/strong> voor de vegetari\u00ebrs), de <em>risotto ai frutti di mare<\/em> (risotto met <\/span><strong style=\"color: #403c40;\">vongole<\/strong><span style=\"color: #403c40;\"> &#8211; venusschelpjes &#8211; en garnalen) ook in de <strong>vegetarische\u00a0versie<\/strong> <em>risotto al pomodoro fresco <\/em>voor de vegetari\u00ebrs, een <\/span><strong style=\"color: #403c40;\">risotto met zwarte rijst<\/strong><span style=\"color: #403c40;\">, tomaat en basilicumcoulis en de vrolijke risotto con verdure di stagione in het voorjaar (met <\/span><strong style=\"color: #403c40;\">seizoensgroente en kaas<\/strong><span style=\"color: #403c40;\">) of de zalige risotto con zucca e funghi porcini (met <\/span><strong style=\"color: #403c40;\">pompoen en eekhoorntjesbrood<\/strong><span style=\"color: #403c40;\">) in de koudere wintermaanden.
