Everybody makes dough and <strong>four types of pasta<\/strong>, with tips and tricks from our Italian cooks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We make <strong>ravioli <\/strong>filled with ricotta and spinach in butter and sage sauce, <strong>corzetti<\/strong> shaped with a wooden stamp served with pesto (Nicoletta\u2019s family recipe), classic <strong>tagliatelle<\/strong> with a tomato\u2011vegetables sauce and <strong>maltagliati<\/strong> with a fresh and intense raw tomato\/roasted bell pepper sauce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After cooking we eat and evaluate together all that has been made while drinking good Italian wines.
