If you want to eat in a healthier way and need some inspiration to prepare great, tasty dishes then this workshop is perfect for you: Italian cooking without wheat, gluten, cow’s milk dairy and added refined sugars. Vegetarian and even vegan (some of the recipes)! And yet very satisfying!

From home-made gluten-free pastas to delicious main courses, exciting vegetable dishes and yummy desserts, this menu lets you discover how easy it is to cook Italian in a “different” way and which products you can use to support your choice of a responsible and yet delicious life.

Learn how to make your own home-made stock cubes with just fresh vegetables, spices and salt and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil with herbs and spices! Plus the following dishes: crostini with a delicious herby pea cream, bonbons with goat cheese, orange and herbs, a wonderful quick version of a classic oven dish, the parmigiana, with courgettes and tomato, gluten-free pizza with a wonderful green and cheesy topping,  oven-baked stuffed portobellos, and not one but 3 desserts: a surprising “salami” made with raw cocoa, almonds and dates, a yummy “nice-cream” made with fruit and coconut and delicious raw, gluten-free and lactose free mini cheesecakes.

This workshop includes a goodie bag with home-made stock cubes and a jar of sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.
